Its name is a tribute to the area of Sao Paulo that between 1931 and 1960 were located the main cinemas of the cultural circuit of the city. The hotel occupies the same place where the famous Brodway Cinema was, which was demolished to give place to the current building, designed by the renowned architect Ramos de Azevedo. The building was completely remodeled in 2010, maintaining its original classic facade, to offer its guests all the comfort, quality and comfort.
