Romanesque architecture meets Gothic architecture – with its around 1,500 heritage-listed buildings, Regensburg has the largest medieval old town in Germany. Besides this, the oldest bridge preserved in Germany spans the Danube River: the Steinerne Brücke or Stone Bridge. Since the early 8th century, Regensburg has been a diocese and as early as the Middle Ages it was considered a prosperous trading town. Even today, it still gives visitors the feeling of going on a true journey through history. Just move into one of our wonderful96 rooms. Alone, as a pair, or with one or more kids.
