Arni is one of the first hotels in the Balkans, since it welcomed its first guests back in 1921, a rare example of rococo architecture. Melina Merkouri in 1983 as the Minister of Civilization and Science characterized our hotel as a piece of art that needs preservation under auspice special government regulation as this imposing building is a unique sample of rococo style architecture in the region of Thessaly.
